iStitch Embroidery and Apparel is located in Pleasant Grove, UT and has been in business providing quality decorated apparel since 2004 using Embroidery, Screen Printing, Heat Transfers, and other related services.  It is  owned and operated by  E. Lynn and Helen B. Mortensen (long time Pleasant Grove residents) with a goal to provide: (1) quality decorated products and services; (2) at a competitive price; and (3) delivered in a timely manner.  The business has 4-quality objectives, which includes..

Graphic designs (Logo's) are captured, digitized, and saved locally using state-of-the-art software provided by Wilcom (EmbroideryStudio e2) and CorelDRAW  (Screen Printing).  This is the 2nd quality objective.  With the ability to control the design graphics with local resources, changes (fixes or enhancements) are readily available to facilitate improved quality with quick turnaround.

The 3rd quality objective is the process of applying the specific decoration on the correct item in the correct location at the right size using the proper colors.  iStitch owns and operates multiple industrial embroidery machines (from Barudan).  The screen printing process is performed by local whole manufacturing facilities with a good reputation for quality and timely delivery.
